Today  my goal was to do nothing...absolutely nothing...
I achieved it almost...I played computer solitaire..a lot!
So I did less than nothing.
The weather cooperated...
And I yearn for this view...I like leaves on the trees...

                                                                  

I think Toller Cranston knew about Yoga. I was sitting trying to pretend that I was sitting thus when our teacher said: Now...thread your right arm through your left arm; rest on your right shoulder and place your left arm on the small of your back.
I lie. I actually was on all fours but I might as well have been sitting thus. People around me dutifully folded up. Another woman and I shrugged.
Perhaps next time.
